Licensed Legal Entity: Nomad Labuan Bajo is operated by a fully registered Indonesian Limited Liability Company (Perseroan Terbatas), ensuring legal accountability.
Tourism Business Registration (TDUP): We hold a valid Tanda Daftar Usaha Pariwisata (TDUP) issued by the Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif (Kemenparekraf), the official license required to operate a tourism business in Indonesia.
Tax Compliance (NPWP): Our company is a registered taxpayer with a Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP) and is fully compliant with all national and regional tax obligations.
Labor Law Adherence (BPJS): All our employees are legally contracted and fully covered by Indonesia’s mandatory social security programs: BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (for pensions and work-related accident insurance) and BPJS Kesehatan (for health insurance).

We have established emergency medical evacuation (Medevac) protocols with leading international assistance providers for seamless transfer to facilities in Bali or Singapore if required.
Marine & Transport Safety: All our partner phinisis and speedboats are fully licensed, insured, and subject to regular safety inspections by the harbormaster (Syahbandar). They are equipped with modern navigation aids (GPS, AIS, Sonar), life rafts, life jackets, and satellite phones. Our vehicle fleet is maintained to the highest standards, and all drivers are professionally licensed and trained in defensive driving.
CHSE Certification: Our properties are certified for Cleanliness, Health, Safety, and Environmental Sustainability (CHSE) by Kemenparekraf, a testament to our adherence to post-pandemic hygiene and safety standards.
